Mechanical Engineer

We are currently seeking engineers with 5 plus years of experience on Boeing or Airbus aircraft Interiors, Interior Structures and/or Systems design. Knowledge of Boeing and Airbus cabin interiors, fuselage (secondary and monocoque) structure, cabin systems and cabin layout requirements (LOPAs, Interior Compliance) would be highly regarded. This role includes design of aircraft components and systems. The successful candidate will create and check detail, assembly and installation designs/drawings, engineering orders and substantiation documents. Experience with catia v5 or solidworks required.

Sr. Electrical Engineer

Develops and maintains electrical wire diagrams/cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs. Supports analysis and design reviews. Develops and maintains electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs. Follows documented processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities. Supports the development of statements of work. Assists in the technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection. Analyzes functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architecture. Works well under pressure and under general supervision. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience and an engineering degree is preferred. Experienced candidates without a degree will also be considered

Buyer

We have an opening for a seasoned Buyer. We are looking for an energetic team member with experience in procurement activities; specifically machine and sheet metal parts, plastics and complex assemblies. Responsible for preparing quotations and purchase orders, reporting on supplier performance and issues, coordination with Engineering and Production Management, negotiating effectively with supplier base & helping to develop new sources for materials and components. A working knowledge of purchasing operational functions and responsibilities and a demonstrated ability to understand aircraft drawings, specifications and documents are required. Prior experience with an ERP System, specifically Epicor Vista or Vantage and a BS degree in Business Administration are preferred.

Engineering Manager

We are seeking to add another Engineering Manager to our dynamic team. Duties include successfully managing engineering department & expenses. Working with Program Management, Certification, Manufacturing, Test & Quality to plan & execute project. Responsible for developing & maintaining engineering schedules, processes, policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the completeness & correctness of technical design & analysis. Must possess a BS degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or commensurate experience. A minimum 15 years aviation background and aircraft interior experience and 3 years managing engineering workgroups is required. Experience creating & executing department budgets and managing concurrent design projects is necessary.

Program Manager

Our strong growth demands the addition of another Program Manager to our team. Responsibilities include: leading internal and customer design reviews, serving as the primary customer interface for all contract and production matters, managing program budget, schedule & status and conducting weekly program status reports & meetings. Duties also include utilizing dashboards to identify risk & mitigation programs, track vendor status with purchasing, status overall project compliance. Must possess a BS/BA degree or commensurate experience and a minimum of 5 years aviation background or aircraft interior experience. PMP is a definite plus. Must have the ability to travel. Experience with Microsoft Project & Excel is necessary. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
